Since this may be your first experience working with a wedding stylist, we promise to be gentle with you!
With a friendly approach, we will walk you through each stage so you have a better idea of what to expect..

To start the process, we will arrange a free consultation over the phone or zoom, whichever you feel most at ease with. We hold consultations either during the day or in the evening Monday – Thursday to make it easy to fit in around your work pattern.

Here, you can describe in detail the wedding vibe you have in mind. We will collaborate with you while taking into consideration the location of your event and preferences making recommendations on how to reduce costs while still achieving your ideal vision.

We are open about costs, each of which is individually defined for you on your quotation for consideration.

This is the exciting bit! You will visit our Showroom where you will be able to see the brainstorming ideas we came up with during our consultation, to ensure these truly represent the vibe you are looking for. You will be able to see what your items look like with other elements and make any amends required
In a follow-up meeting, we review the vision we created the previous week, with the amends taken into account, and make any further adjustments to fit your needs— be that financially or aesthetically.

When both parties are satisfied, we will send you a copy of our Terms & Conditions for you to sign. Of course, the finer details can always be changed as the wedding day approaches. If you anticipate an increase in the number of guests, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible for us to reserve the additional décor for you, as this will be subject to availability.

We provide a variety of payment plan methods with the most common option amongst our couples being to pay in equal monthly instalments, up to one month before the wedding. This provides more piece of mind and helps with living expenses. Alternatively, lump sum recurring payments may be provided if required.

Yay! You Are All Booked In

Even though you are now booked in with us, our contact doesn’t stop there as we will be available to assist you with any queries you may as you proceed along your wedding journey.

If you change your mind about a particular styling element, do not worry as we can always re-assess your needs based on what you had originally intended. Should you wish to add further styling to your booking, you are welcome to visit the showroom once again to see these items for yourselves before confirming.

Four weeks before your event we will carry out a final details consultation where together we will review your whole booking, paying particular attention to the final numbers for chairs and table centrepieces etc. before your booking is passed over to our Styling team to prepare and pack the stock required.
We will make contact with the venue to confirm what time they are happy for us to arrive to your venue to set up the styling for your wedding, as well as confirming the time of the breakdown the day after the wedding.
On the day of your event, you can sit back and relax knowing we will take care of every aspect of the styling for you. Of course, if there is an aspect you are planning to do yourselves, we will work with you to make sure we are all working together to ensure your event is nothing short of perfect.
