Donna, Amanda and their team came highly recommended to us for our big day and we weren’t disappointed with what they delivered. They made our day truly the most beautiful day from start to finish. It was absolutely outstanding. Their attention to detail is second to none and they delivered exactly the vision we wanted, from the tablecloths to the chair ribbons, it was just perfect. All the little extras we wanted they got for us. I just can’t fault them in anyway at all. Donna handmade all the flower bouquets for me the Bride and my Bridesmaids as well as the button holes for the men. Our guests couldn’t believe they weren’t real flowers because of how realistic they were. Pure Elegance made our day a day to remember for the rest of our lives so thank you Donna, Amanda and your team for everything.

Absolutely amazing, I booked the team at quite short notice as we hadn’t decided what we wanted in the room. Donna spoke through many different options with me and gave me the opportunity to go and look at what kind of set up they could offer in their Showroom which massively helped. I was changing things right up until the week before and all of my requests were catered for and nothing was to much trouble. The decorations and styling where stunning and far exceed my expectations on the day. It was so amazing walking into the room and seeing it all set up!. Thank you so much to the team!!

We got married on 20th May 2023 and we absolutely LOVED our room decor and all the bits in between. We had so many compliments on the day/night. Donna, Amanda and their team are amazing, they helped us every step of the way right from the start to the finish. They held a couple of open days too at the wedding venue in which we attended and even then they were very helpful. I decided to change/add things last minute and nothing was too much trouble. We had our day on 03/12/2022 and Pure Elegance did the decor for our wedding and I must say I cannot recommend this company enough and what they provided us with was beyond our wildest dreams!
We met Donna and the team at a wedding fair and booked them then and there and it was a decision I would make time and time again. When our wedding was sadly postponed due to Covid, not only was Donna happy to move to our new date but also helped us redesign the entire day due to a change in time of year.
The decor on the day was amazing and the amount of comments on it was incredible but the best part was definitely the customer service, nothing was ever too much and Donna was always there for a chat and to help iron out the details.

I first met Donna and her team at the Great Northern wedding show, we were blown away with their gorgeous styling however, we hadn’t found a venue. Donna, without hesitation, shared her knowledge of venues to help us on our way. We then came across Donna’s team at a wedding fair at Albert’s in Standish, we had a few styling questions and once again, the team stepped up. We had a consultation with Donna, she was amazing! She really listened to what we wanted, she advised us and helped us a long but she just ‘got us’ and knew our vibe! Closer to the wedding, we had a few problems to iron out with the venue, I just happened to mention these to Donna on one of our calls, she went above and beyond to help us out. This was something she didn’t need to do, as it wasn’t her problem at all. Nevertheless, nothing was too much trouble and she helped us find a resolve. For that, I will be forever grateful, as I have to admit at that point (2weeks before the wedding), I was a little stressed to say the least On the day of the wedding, the Pure Elegance Team turned up and worked their magic!! The ceremony was dressed to perfection, and the turn around for the wedding breakfast was seamless!! Lots our guests commented on the styling of the room, and I was amazed to see my vision come true!!
